  新项目启动了,当我们进入到一个项目里面的时候,经常会忽略一个问题,那就是了解项目的背景,有设计师认为我没必要去了解,只要项目经理告诉该怎么做就行了,这样的想法其实是有问题的。如果把项目比作一个人,那么设计就是人身上穿的衣服,只有知道人的具体身形,我们才能量身定制出适合的服装,穿上才能得体,所以一定要进行了解。

  怎么了解呢?项目又不是设计师去谈的,对客户可以说是素未谋面,没有任何的信息,这时候可以找到项目经理进行沟通去了解客户背景,项目背景需要解决哪些问题,公司的组织架构,甚至可以了解下客户的性别、哪里人及客户的年龄等。虽然这些看上去是跟设计没有半毛钱的关系,但是可以为我们与客户沟通的时候打下良好的基础。

  设计师一定要注重自己的个人形象,如果自身形象很差,穿的特别LOW,还跟客户谈品牌,谈形象设计,这不是扯淡吗?也要注意礼仪等。见到客户时,如果有人介绍要迅速记住客户团队配置及姓名,不然后面会很尴尬。如果没人介绍要主动交换名片,然后向客户介绍清楚自己的公司,职位及具体工作是什么,做过什么成功的案例,一一把自己介绍给客户,让客户感受到专业而产生好的印象和信任。印象和信任很宝贵,如果没有了信任做任何事情都等于白搭。
